Rabbi Jason Weiner, BCC is a board-certified chaplain and serves as the Senior Rabbi and Manager of the Spiritual Care Department at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Rabbi Weiner earned his rabbinic ordination in 2006 at Yeshivat Chovevei Torah Rabbinical School in New York City, where he was subsequently honored as alumnus of the year. He received an additional ordination from Rav Zalman Nechemia Goldberg in Jerusalem as well as a master’s degree in Jewish history from Yeshiva University. He is currently completing a master’s degree in Bioethics and Health Policy through Loyola University, Chicago. Rabbi Weiner has also completed four units of clinical pastoral education and is a board certified chaplain through the Neshama: Association of Jewish Chaplains. He lives in Los Angeles, California, with his wife and four children.
